Hello friends!

Welcome to River District Living

Surrounded by Beauty

River District

River District is a beautiful community nestled alongside the Fraser river in South Vancouver, and we acknowledge this land is situated on the unceded traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

Having both a bustling Town Centre as well as a 1.5km walking path along the river really gives our community some of everything right within reach. We are even home to Vancouver’s largest open air mural gallery. Stunning and meaningful works of art are found throughout the neighbourhood, including this beautiful mural by Drew Young. It’s no surprise River District has become home to families of all forms including beloved pets.

This lifestyle and enjoyment in being a part of this community is what we mean by River District Living.

Being a part of this community brings people together for a coffee, bubble tea, or smoothie while walking along the Fraser river. Enjoy a variety of delicious foods from sushi, ramen, bahn mi, burgers, tacos, pizza, eggs benny – and even the occasional food truck!

Enjoy a simple, fresh and delicious lunch at our newest restaurant addition, District Noodle House, then grab bubble tea right across the street at Boketto Tea Bar and explore the neighbourhood!

Our Story

After moving to River District, I knew this place was something special. To help celebrate the neighbourhood and community, I created the River District Living page on Instagram. Through this I have met and connected with so many wonderful people! The Instagram page has become a passion project of mine and now I really can’t imagine living anywhere else.   ~Katherine
